What you need to know
This year, the Flu Shot Clinic is a drive-through at either the northeast corner of IPOC (NM) or in the Bldg. 925 parking lot (CA). Appointments are required.
Off-site vaccines currently are available at places like Walgreens and CVS and are covered by Sandia’s health plan. And, employees can earn 500 Virgin Pulse Points for getting the vaccine.
- The flu shot is free to Sandia employees and their families if enrolled in Sandia Total Health, Sandia’s medical plan. The community provider will process your flu shot through your Sandia medical insurance.
* Receive 500 Virgin Pulse points for reporting that you’ve received your flu shot this year. Must have a valid sandia.gov email address to receive points.

- If you have an appointment, drive to IPOC at your appointment time. Follow the signs and/or individuals directing traffic.
- Wear a mask and clothing that allows easy access to your upper arm.
- Stay in your car.
