Sandia recognizes that taking care of yourself includes your emotional well-being. You have many resources to help you and your family members deal with life stresses – whether it’s a work-related, personal, or family issue.
Your first step should be to call or visit one of our onsite behavioral health clinics, designed to provide you with immediate, confidential assistance and support. And, if you need ongoing support, we can refer you to the right community resources.
You and your family members can also find support through the behavioral health benefits available from your Sandia medical plan.
If you’re enrolled in a Sandia medical plan, you and your family members have access to your plan’s behavioral health services and benefits. These services are available anytime (24/7/365) to help with the following:
You need assistance after business hours or on a holiday or weekend
You prefer to access EAP services offsite
You need longer-term counseling or support beyond the onsite behavioral health clinic (which will help make arrangements for the transition)
