Privacy Notice
This notice applies to all visitors to websites under the control of National Technology and Engineering Solutions of Sandia, LLC. Some websites associated with Sandia National Laboratories may provide more detailed privacy, security, or disclaimer notices, in which case those notices take precedence over this notice.
We collect no personal information about you when you visit a website associated with Sandia National Laboratories unless otherwise stated or unless you choose to provide this information to us. However, we collect and store the following information automatically and through the use of:
- The Internet Protocol (IP) address of the domain from which you access the Internet (i.e., 123.456.789.012) whether yours individually or provided as a proxy by your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- The date and time you access our site
- The pages you view (recorded by the text and graphics files that compose that page)
- The Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site
- The browser name and version you are using
Be aware you have no privacy on this system unless otherwise specifically stated.
All users of this system and all information on this system are subject to interception, monitoring, recording, copying, auditing, and inspection at the discretion of National Technology and Engineering Solutions of Sandia, LLC., and disclosure to National Technology and Engineering Solutions of Sandia, LLC. and third parties, including, but not limited to, the United States Government, any authorized investigative and law enforcement personnel, and officials of other entities, both domestic and foreign. By using or accessing this system, you consent to and permit all of the above without limit as to when such action may be undertaken.
Unauthorized or improper use of this Sandia National Laboratories system may result in disciplinary, administrative, civil, and/or criminal penalties.
Unauthorized attempts to defeat or circumvent security features, to use the system for other than intended purposes, to deny service to authorized users, to access, obtain, alter, damage, or destroy information, or otherwise to interfere with the system or its operation are prohibited. Evidence of such acts may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities and result in criminal prosecution under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 (Public Law 99-474) and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act of 1996 (Public Law 104-294), (18 U.S.C. 1030), or other applicable criminal laws.
Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act, we are notifying California residents that we are collecting the following category of Personal Information: Medical and health information including vaccination status information, travel, and other exposure risk factors consistent with the instances described above. As noted above, we are collecting this information for purposes of reducing the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus in and through Sandia facilities.

Periodically and at any time without prior notice, we may update this Privacy and Security Notice to reflect changes in our practice.
