Dr. Rick Sauerman, MD, Site Occupational Medical Director for Sandia Medical Clinic
Dr. Rick Sauerman has been the site occupational medical director for Sandia’s clinics since 2009 and has been a physician with Sandia since 1995. He is a graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, and he has a master’s degree in public health from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed a residency for board certification in occupational medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Melissa Garcia, MD
Dr. Melissa Garcia is a family medicine physician with 16 years of experience in preventive health and management of acute and chronic medical conditions. She is a physician in Sandia’s Health Management Clinic. Prior to coming to Sandia, she was the medical director for the New Heart Cardiac Rehabilitation Facility. Dr. Garcia is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Garcia obtained her MD degree from the University of New Mexico in 1996 and completed a family medicine residency at UNM in 1999.
Dr. Margie Teng, MD, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Margie Teng is a board-certified emergency physician with more than 10 years of clinical experience in emergent care settings. Prior to her time at Sandia, she practiced emergency medicine at the Presbyterian Hospitals in Albuquerque and Espanola. She received her BS and doctorate degrees from Stanford University and completed her residency in emergency medicine there as well. She has additional fellowship training in medical simulation and population health practices. She has a strong interest in process improvement, medical education, and improving access to care. Dr. Teng provides oversight and management support to our physicians and advanced practice clinicians. She also acts as the medical director of Emergency Medical Services and will provide administrative oversight of EMS teams alongside acute care operations and procedures.
Johanna Grassham, CDE, BC-ADM, NP-C
Johanna Grassham is a board-certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner in Sandia’s Health Management Clinic. She has 20 years of experience in adult healthcare and chronic disease management. Before coming to Sandia, she worked on a medical surgical unit at Presbyterian Hospital. She holds a master’s degree in nursing education, is a certified diabetes care and education specialist and is board certified in advanced diabetes management.
Lesley Rico, FNP-BC, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Lesley Rico is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with 20 years of emergency medicine experience. Her years of experience include a combination of paramedicine/firefighter, nursing and post-secondary instructional education. Prior to coming to Sandia, she worked for Presbyterian Medical Services in the emergency room, adult intensive care units and home health care. She holds two bachelor’s degrees, one in health education from the University of New Mexico and another in nursing from Chamberlain University. She also holds a master’s degree in nursing – family nurse practitioner from the University of Chamberlain.
Amanda Thompson, FNP-C
Amanda Thompson is a certified nurse practitioner at the Sandia Medical Clinic. She has worked at Sandia Medical Clinic since December of 2021. Prior to coming to Sandia, she worked as a family nurse practitioner in primary care in North Carolina for seven years. Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Lewis Clark State College and a master’s degree in nursing from the University of South Alabama.
Mark Johnston, NP-C
Mark Johnston has been a nurse practitioner in New Mexico since 2015 and came on board at the Sandia Medical Clinic in the fall of 2023. Mark worked in the emergency room at Presbyterian hospitals from 2015 to present. He was the Presbyterian Advanced Practice Fellow in 2019 and undertook a nine-month fellowship in acute care practice in the areas of intensive care, cardiology, obstetrics, neurology and emergency medicine. Mark has a master’s degree in nursing from the University of St Francis, a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, and bachelor’s in computer engineering from Harding University.
Shannon Archuleta, RN, BSN, COHC
Shannon Archuleta is a registered nurse at Sandia’s Employee Health & Wellbeing Clinic, and she has worked in the Sandia Medical Clinic, Occupational Health Clinic and International Travel Clinic since 2013. Shannon has been working as a registered nurse since 2010 with a variety of experiences, including long-term geriatric and correctional nursing. Shannon received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Eastern New Mexico University, and her professional affiliations include the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses.
Karen Beal, Health Educator
Karen Beal is a health educator with Sandia’s Employee Health & Wellbeing Clinic preventive health team. With a background in psychology and a master’s degree in health education, Karen has spent her career empowering individuals and communities to make informed decisions about their health. Certified in plant-based nutrition, a cancer exercise specialist and recent completion of 200 hours yoga teaching training, Karen continues her lifelong love of learning to better serve the community. Currently, she is attaining her certification in sleep, stress management and recovery to better serve our members of the workforce. Through engaging workshops, informative seminars and personalized caching sessions, Karen strives to inspire positive behavior change and improve overall well-being. With a focus on evidence-based practices and culturally sensitive approaches, Karen works tirelessly to address health disparities and promote health equity for all.
Kelly Brooks, LPCC
Kelly Brooks is an independently licensed mental health therapist with over 20 years of experience in the field. She has worked in a variety of not-for-profit and for-profit organizations in New Mexico. Kelly is interested in the development of mental health in individuals and organizations as it relates to one’s whole self and the general well-being of communities.
Gwendolyn Bugg, RN – Ansible Government Solutions Subcontract Staff
Gwen Bugg, Ansible Government Solutions subcontract registered nurse, has been a nurse for 10 years. Prior to joining our team, she worked in the hospital setting as a medical/surgical and telemetry nurse. She is now a travel health nurse in the Sandia Medical International Travel Clinic. Gwen received her bachelor’s in nursing from Western Governors University.
Amy Cincotta, Exercise Physiologist
Amy Cincotta is the coordinator of the Employee Health & Wellbeing preventive health fitness program. She oversees the fitness-for-duty testing program for the Security Police Officers and Sandia. Amy is a certified exercise physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine and holds the Exercise is Medicine clinical credential. She has decades of experience as a fitness specialist, trainer to special populations and the workforce at large. She has over 3,500 hours teaching yoga and holds multiple exercise certifications including group fitness, Pilates, aqua exercise and yoga. Prior to coming to Sandia, Amy taught in the human performance and fitness programs at both the University of New Mexico and the Albuquerque Technical Vocational Institute (now known as Central New Mexico Community College). Amy holds a master’s degree in sports administration and a bachelor’s degree in health, wellness and nutrition. For over 20 years, she consulted to the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, educating, training and certifying personal trainers.
Angelique Crandall, RD, Preventive Health Program Coordinator
Angelique Crandall is a registered dietitian and program coordinator for preventive health services where she sees patients with nutrition-related health concerns. She has a diverse background in health and wellness, having worked in fitness, pediatrics, gastroenterology and integrative medicine clinics. Angelique earned a bachelor’s in nutrition science and completed her internship through the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She received an award from UNLV for recognition as a future leader in dietetics. Angelique holds a master’s in functional medicine and nutrition and has served as adjunct faculty at University of Western States. She has spoken at several professional conferences on the topics of gut health and the microbiome and is passionate about helping people find root cause resolution to nutrition related health issues.
Nina Garde, RN, BSN
Nina Garde is a registered nurse who has over 20 years’ experience in health care. She is the nurse coordinator of the Health Management Clinic. Prior to working at Sandia, Nina worked in adult oncology, research and pediatrics. Nina received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from New Mexico State University and graduated with honors. She enjoys educating patients on their health conditions and assisting them to achieve better outcomes.
Dr. Blas Herrera, Physical Therapist
Dr. Blas Herrera serves as a physical therapist in the Employee Health & Wellbeing Physical Therapy Clinic. As an athletic trainer and physical therapist, he has more than 20 years of combined experience in the areas of athletic training, sports medicine and physical therapy. Before coming to Sandia, Dr. Herrera worked in a variety of outpatient physical therapy clinics as well as professional sports settings. He holds a bachelor’s degree in sports medicine and athletic training from New Mexico State University and a doctorate in physical therapy from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. He is board certified as an athletic trainer through the National Athletic Trainers Association and as a certified strength coach and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Kaisha Keith, LPCC, CEAP
Kaisha Keith is a licensed professional clinical counselor and certified employee assistance professional, who brings 16 years of counseling and consultation experience with intelligence, defense and federal law enforcement employee assistance programs to the Sandia EAP. Kaisha is committed to helping employees thrive, supporting managers and promoting a culture optimizing employee performance, engagement and fulfillment. Kaisha has specialized expertise in critical incident response and uses a strengths perspective in supporting employees in areas including communication, relationships, grief and life transition. Kaisha earned a master’s degree in counseling from Loyola University Maryland, a post-graduate certificate in counseling from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s in political science and communication from the University of Michigan.
Ben Klein, PhD
Dr. Ben Klein is a clinical psychologist with over 35 years of direct patient care experience in a variety of health care settings. He specializes in stress reduction and promoting psychological well-being more generally. Other areas of interest include clarifying values to help to develop the whole self. He also provides security psychology consultation to various Sandia organizations.
Debbie Kolkmeyer, Health Educator, Certified Diabetes Educator – Ansible Government Solutions Subcontract Staff
Debbie Kolkmeyer is a health educator for the Employee Health & Wellbeing preventive health program. Her master’s degree is in exercise physiology, and she is a certified diabetes educator and health coach. Prior to her time at Sandia, she worked in a variety of settings, supporting and guiding people in their quest for improved health and well-being. She has extensive experience in weight management, pain management and diabetes self-management. In each setting, the work has led her to respect the role of stress management and emotional well-being as a driver of positive change. She is passionate about helping people translate knowledge into sustainable lifestyle habits.
Melisa Martinez, Radiology Technician
Melisa Martinez is a radiologic technologist and the coordinator of Sandia’s HR radiology department.
Heather Morgan, Health Educator, Exercise Physiologist- Ansible Government Solutions Subcontract Staff
Heather Morgan is an exercise physiologist for the Employee Health & Wellbeing preventive health program. She holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology and is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Prior to joining Sandia, Heather spent 20 years in the health club industry in the Albuquerque area, starting as a student intern and working her way up into regional management. Heather has worked with people of all ages, fitness levels, and abilities. She is an avid fitness enthusiast, having competed in triathlons and various running events throughout the years.
Marena Pacheco, MS, RD, LD
Marena Pacheco is a registered dietitian with the Employee Health & Wellbeing preventive health program. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree of science from New Mexico State University. She has 15-plus years of experience in the nutrition support field. In her career, she has served and supported maternal/children’s health. She is currently putting her focus on supporting women’s health and eating disorder treatment. In addition to working at Sandia, she works at the Eating Disorder Treatment Center and DietitiansABQ and is a clinical dietitian at Lovelace Women’s Hospital.
Thomas Parker, Fitness Specialist – Ansible Government Solutions Subcontract Staff
Thomas Parker is a graduate of University of New Mexico with his bachelor’s in exercise science and Master of Science in exercise science. He is on track to graduate in fall 2024 with a Professional MBA in healthcare. He has been a strength and conditioning for over 14 years and feels absolutely blessed to do what he loves to do as a profession. He is a huge fan of sports and music, and can’t live without both.
Jon C. Pier, Health Educator, Exercise Physiologist
Jon C. Pier is a health educator with the Employee Health & Wellbeing preventive health program. Jon holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a Master of Science in human performance and injury prevention. He is also a certified medical exercise specialist. Jon managed several well-known wellness facilities in the Albuquerque area and contributed to numerous boards and committees in the healthcare industry. Jon ‘s more recent focus has been coaching individuals and groups on managing energy, coping with stress, and creating a meaningful and memorable life.
Dr. Liz Quintana, RD, Certified Diabetes Educator
Dr. Liz Quintana joined Sandia in 2015 to work for Sandia’s Health Management Clinic. She has over 25 years as a registered dietitian, including 18 years as a certified diabetes educator. For 15 years prior to coming to Sandia, Liz was on the faculty at West Virginia University School of Medicine where she worked as a nutrition program coordinator, on the Dr. Dean Ornish Program for Reversing Heart Disease, in the endocrinology clinic and wellness program. Liz holds a doctorate in Education and graduate certificate in Gerontology from WVU. She was awarded the WV Outstanding Dietitian of the Year in 2014. She represents the Diabetes Care and Education Practice Group in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics House of Delegates.
Sean Sanchez, Fitness Specialist- Ansible Government Solutions Subcontract Staff
Sean Sanchez is a fitness specialist at Employee Health & Wellbeing. He holds a bachelor’s in human performance and sports, while simultaneously obtaining an additional bachelor’s in health. On top of this, Sean has multiple personal training certifications and specialties that give him the distinguished “Master Trainer” status. Sean can help with a variety of needs from changing body composition, joint mobilization, and improving cardiovascular health. His philosophy can be described as “A tailored and researched proven approach to meeting your fitness goals”.
Emily Skeberdis, RD – Ansible Government Solutions Subcontract Staff
Emily Skeberdis is a registered dietitian and a board-certified specialist in sports dietetics with over five years of nutrition counseling experience in various settings, including weight management clinics, fitness facilities, and workplace wellness. She earned her Bachelor of Science in dietetics from the University of Delaware and is currently working on her Master of Science in health education and Behavior from the University of Florida. Emily works primarily with patients on the topics of weight management, heart health, sports nutrition, and mindful eating.
Lisa Teves, RD, CDE
Lisa Teves is a registered dietitian and National Certified Board for Diabetes Educators approved educator who has more than 25 years of experience in health care. She works primarily with people on nutrition, emotional well-being and sleep issues and has developed an on-site preventive health sleep program. Lisa received her bachelor’s degree in clinical nutrition from the University of Vermont and her master’s degree in nutrition with a minor in exercise science from the University of New Mexico. In addition, she is an AFAA certified group fitness and 200-hour Hatha Yoga instructor and has studied traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda.
Matt Thomas, Exercise Physiologist – Ansible Government Solutions Subcontract Staff
Matt Thomas is a certified strength and conditioning specialist at the Employee Health & Wellbeing preventive health program. With over 10 years of experience, he joined the Sandia team in 2015. Matt earned both his Bachelor of Science in exercise science and his Master of Science in physical education, with emphasis in exercise science and sports administration, from the University of New Mexico. Matt holds certifications as a certified strength and conditioning specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach from USA Weightlifting. Matt has experience working with a wide variety of populations ranging from general population clientele to professional athletes.
Val Warner, RD
Val Warner is a registered dietitian and health educator. She works with clients in a variety of nutrition-related capacities, including sports nutrition, gut health, women’s health, pregnancy and postpartum, and weight management. Val has been at Sandia since she was an undergrad intern in 2014. She received her bachelor’s in both exercise science and nutrition and dietetics from UNM and her master’s in human nutrition and functional medicine from University of Western States. She is a certified personal trainer, group fitness Instructor, and a prenatal and postpartum coach. Val became a board-certified specialist in sports dietetics in 2023, volunteers in her spare time with the Dietitians in Integrative & Functional Medicine and serves as a preceptor for UNM Dietetic Interns.
Dr. Joseph Williams, Physical Therapist
Joseph serves as a physical therapist in the Employee Health & Wellbeing Physical Therapy Clinic. Bringing a wealth of medical experience to the clinic, Joseph first served in the Unites States Navy as a hospital corpsman and then the US Air Force as a physical therapist. After retiring from the Air Force. Joseph moved to Alaska where he worked at the VA before coming to Sandia. He obtained his doctorate in physical therapy from Creighton University and spends his time off cycling, playing golf, hiking or planning his next adventure.
Elizabeth Diaz, Medical Case Manager
Elizabeth is a medical case manger with a background spanning over a decade in the health-care industry, she has gathered valuable experience across various medical fields such as internal medicine, acute care, and occupational health. Her academic qualifications include an associate degree in health information and a bachelor’s degree in business management. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in human resources. Having worked for Sandia Medical Clinic and Occupational Health Clinic since 2008, her expertise lies in case management and workers compensation. Her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth highlights my dedication to delivering high-quality services in the healthcare sector.
Dean Klassy, Sr., Drug Testing Program Administrator
Dean Klassy, Sr. oversees the clinical laboratory and is the administrator of the Sandia drug testing program. He has over 25 years of experience in the drug testing industry and with Department of Transportation compliance. Before coming to Sandia in 2012, Dean and his wife managed and operated a drug testing administration program with over 300 clients in 27 states. Dean is a certified regional professional collector trainer, certified medical review officer assistant, and a certified designated employer representative. Most of Dean’s certifications are from the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association where he was the chairman of the board for eight years and where he currently serves on several committees and is a national instructor. Dean is sought after as an industry expert and speaker on drug testing issues.
Rae Lewis, MS, MPH
Rae Lewis is a medical case manager in Employee Health & Wellbeing, assisting employees with serious health events and coordinating their return to work. She holds a master’s degree in public health from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, a master’s in women’s studies from Minnesota State University, and a bachelor’s in sociology from Kutztown State University in Pennsylvania. Rae has called Albuquerque her home for over 20 years and has spent much of that time dedicated to public health promotion and disease prevention in both academic medicine and community settings. Prior to Sandia, Rae worked as a medical case manager with a private corporation. Whether as an administrator, health advocate or scholar, her commitment to understanding complex social issues around illness and the promotion of health has persisted.
Craig Nimmo, Human Studies Board Administrator
Craig Nimmo is the human studies board administrator for Employee Health & Wellbeing. He is a principal member of Sandia’s technical staff with over 20 years of experience in the occupational health and industrial hygiene disciplines. Prior to Sandia, Craig worked for the Department of Defense as an Environmental Healt and Safety/security consultant. Additionally, Craig is a Marine Corps Gulf War veteran. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in environmental science/toxicology and a Master of Science in national security and public safety. He also has a certification in safety management from the American Society of Safety Engineers.
Cristina Rodriguez, Medical Case Manager
Cristina Rodriguez has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare field. Cristina assists employees by providing guidance when they ‘re away from work due to an illness/ injury or other planned or unplanned health-related circumstances with the goal of assisting them to return to work safely and successfully.

Dan Azar, MD, MPH
Dr. Dan Azar joined the Sandia Medical Clinic in California in April 2017. He has over 30 years of experience as a physician providing occupational medical services, including injury treatment and surveillance services. Dr. Azar was a regional managing physician at Lockheed Martin Corporation and has been the medical director for several private occupational medicine clinics in Silicon Valley. Dr. Azar started his training in internal medicine at Kaiser San Francisco and completed a residency in occupational medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds a master’s in public health from the Medical College of Wisconsin and is board certified in occupational medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine. In addition, while working at Sandia Dr. Azar, based on his clinical experiences diagnosing and treating chemical dependency, earned a board certificate in the new subspecialty of addiction medicine.
Carole Brown, FNP-BC
Carole Brown is a board-certified nurse practitioner who joined the Sandia Employee & Health Services team in June 2022. Carole started her nursing career in 2002, at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii after earning her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Hawaii Pacific University. She completed her master’s degree in nursing at Georgetown University. Carole is an advance practice clinician with 17 years of experience in primary care. She has served as the medical officer at the U.S. Embassy Warsaw, Poland for three years, and was also the director of the Health Alert Response Team at the Bureau of Medical Services, Department of State in Washington, D.C.
Michelle Tamaru, Occupational Registered Nurse
Michelle Tamaru is a registered nurse at Sandia’s Employee Health & Wellbeing Clinic and has worked at Sandia Medical Clinic since January 2011. She oversees occupational surveillance programs such as the Hearing Conservation Program, Respirator Program, Accident Response Group/Nuclear Emergency Support Team Program, and Health Management Clinic. Michelle received a bachelor’s degree in nursing with a minor in sociology from California State University, East Bay (formerly Hayward) in 2009.
Bonnie Breznik-Young, Medical Case Manager
Bonnie Breznik-Young is the administrator for the Absence and Medical Case Management program at Sandia California. Bonnie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling psychology. She has over 20 years of experience in human resources and management, specializing in workers’ compensation, leave of absence and employee relations, as well as experience as a therapist working with at-risk youth and families. Bonnie assists employees who need time off work by utilizing benefits such as the Family and Medical Leave Act, California Family Rights Act, paid family leave, California state disability, workers’ compensation, medical leaves, long-term disability and the expectant parent program.
Jeffrey W. Duncan, Physical Therapist with Prime Rehabilitation Services, contractor for Sandia, PT, MSPT, MBA, DPT
Jeff serves as a contract physical therapist in Employee Health & Wellbeing at the Livermore site. Jeff has 23 years of experience providing industrial, orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy. He also has extensive experience with evaluation of both office and industrial ergonomics. Jeff’s education includes both a master’s and doctorate degree in physical therapy from University of the Pacific and a Master of Business Administration from Sacramento State University.
Joy MacPherson, Health Educator. MS, MA
Joy MacPherson is the preventive health coordinator at the California site and a health educator for the Sandia Employee Health & Wellbeing program. She holds master’s degrees in exercise physiology (Kent State University) and mental health counseling (Montana State University) and was licensed as a mental health counselor in Montana. A Montana native, Joy competed in cross-country running and tennis at Montana State University. Prior to her role at Sandia, she applied her diverse academic and athletic training in university employee wellness/student recreation/ and mental health counseling programs; hospital cardiac rehabilitation; and corporate and hospital wellness settings.
Anthony Phillips, Physical Therapist with Prime Rehabilitation Services, contractor for Sandia, PT, MSPT, DPT
Tony serves as a contract physical therapist in Employee Health & Wellbeing at the Livermore site. Tony has 23 years of experience providing industrial, orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy. He also has extensive experience with evaluation of both office and industrial ergonomics. Tony’s education includes both a master’s and doctorate degree in physical therapy from University of the Pacific.
Gina Madison, Registered Dietitian
Gina Madison is a registered dietitian for preventive health in California. She has over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, including experience in foodservice and other workplace wellness programs throughout the mid-west and bay area. Gina did her undergraduate in community medical dietetics at Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wis., and she has a master’s degree in human nutrition and functional medicine from the University of Western States. She is a group exercise instructor certified through the American Council on Exercise.
Janet Nevarez, Ergonomist, A.S., CEAIII
Janet Nevarez is a certified ergonomist at Sandia California. She has over 17 years’ experience in office, virtual and industrial assessments. She designs injury prevention initiatives to help keep our employees comfortable and productive.
Gratia Foerster, Psy.D., CEAP
Gratia Foerster is the licensed mental health counselor at the California site. Gratia earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from San Francisco State University and her doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Alliant University. She is a licensed clinical psychologist and certified employee assistance professional. Gratia has been working in EAP field for over 20 years, with experience in financial services and healthcare, before joining Sandia in August 2022. Gratia enjoys the EAP focus on supporting individual employees and the organization. Her approach is supportive and integrative, focusing on the physical, emotional and mental aspects of overall well-being, which makes being part of the Employee Health & Wellbeing team at Sandia such a perfect fit.
Emily Rada, Fitness Specialist
Emily Rada holds her bachelor’s in physical education, with a concentration in health and wellness, from California State University Stanislaus. She is a certified personal trainer and exercise physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine. She provides employees with one-on-one fitness consultations, fitness assessments, coordinates the group exercise program and plans fitness events such as 5K fun runs. She enjoys working with people one-on-one to help them become more confident at the gym and finding creative ways to work fitness into their daily lives.
Kylie Schofield, Administrative Support Assistant/ Ergonomics Support
Kylie Schofield joined Sandia California Health Services in November of 2022 as an administrative support assistant. Kylie graduated from California State University East Bay in the spring of 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, where she studied courses such as ergonomics, biomechanics, exercise physiology and sports psychology. She is currently continuing her education studying human factors at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Before coming to Sandia, she spent nearly two years working at Nursing and Rehabilitation Center as a certified nursing assistant. There she developed her interest in workplace safety and ergonomics. Kylie provides clinic front desk support as well as supplemental onsite ergonomic support as she is a certified ergonomics assessment specialist.
