Virtual Onboarding
Virtual Onboarding requires some additional steps to prepare for a successful socialization in the organization. This is an option for new employees who are unable to come onsite or will be approved to participate in a virtual work agreement. It is essential to make the necessary arrangements and complete appropriate actions prior to the employee’s start date. Upon hire it is also important that the hiring manager and administrative assistant provides the necessary resources and equipment, providing continued contact in support the onboarding journey.
