The Internal Talent Marketplace is a new capability designed to help align Sandians to opportunities based on their skills, much like an internal LinkedIn.

The Internal Talent Marketplace is being launched across the Labs in phases. Currently, only managers have access. However, we aim for all employees to start using it by fall 2025.

With the Internal Talent Marketplace, both employees and managers will be able to:
