What you need to know
Surviving is about just getting by, but thriving means working toward your full potential. This Health Action Plan will help you develop the skills to thrive, including fostering a stronger sense of meaning in your life, learning to let go of stressful emotions, creating positive emotional moments throughout each day, and nurturing your relationships with people.
How the Plan Works
In this HAP, you attend a five-session workshop, where you will assess your current skills and learn and experiment with new skills and techniques for thriving. We will assign you a virtual health coach to support you along the way and help you finalize your plan for the 21-day Thriving challenge.
Employee spouses are not eligible to participate in this Health Action Plan. But, those enrolled in Sandia medical coverage can complete certain activities for up to $100 each year. Go to Join a Health Action Plan to learn more.
