What you need to know
It’s all connected. Your finances. Your ability to get outside for a walk. What’s happening at home, in the community, at work, at school. And when one or more things get out of whack, your emotional well-being and mental health may need some attention.
While it can feel scary to get started, Sandia and our benefit partners offer many resources to support you and your family. Take a look below.
Get Personalized Support and Resources with Sandia Health Action Plans
You can start your personal Wellness Journey ─ with a focus on five aspects of emotional and physical well-being.
You can also commit to a Sandia Health Action Plan, designed in partnership with health experts to help you learn about the connections between physical and mental health, make informed choices, and improve how you feel along the way. For example, you’ll find action plans focused on sleeping better, finding your calm, increasing your resilience, and managing a challenging health condition.
And don’t forget you’ll earn money for your health savings account or health reimbursement account when you complete a Health Action Plan!
