Here are some more ways you can learn more about connection and community:
- Healthy Gut Program – This six-part series starting June 4 introduces the importance of gut health, reviews the digestive system and how it functions and prepares you for a 21-Day Healthy Gut Challenge.
- Thrive Series – Keep Your Calm, a five-part refresher that begins on June 5 for those who attended the Find Your Calm series. The next Find Your Calm series begins on July 10.
- NutriChat: Food & Mind Refresh – Join us on June 5 for this enlightening discussion on the intricate relationship between food and mind. Discover refreshing insights into how aligning your values with your dietary decisions can lead to greater well-being and vitality.
- Awe and Wonder – A class on June 12 in which you discover how experiencing awe can reduce feelings of stress and anxiety and deepen your sense of purpose and connection. Learn to remove roadblocks to awe and seek out the wonderful things in everyday life. Live at 825 Auditorium and live stream available.
- Cultivating Connection Series – The connections you build are key to your personal and professional health and well-being. In this five-part series, we will explore the degree to which you value, grow, and tend the relationships you have with others. Join this 45-minute introductory session on June 25 to learn more.
Have you completed your Health Action Plan yet? Don’t forget you can earn $100 in your health reimbursement account or health savings account upon completion (and so does your spouse!).
Here are some easy and great ways you can earn your employee HAP credit:
- Meeting one on one with a health coach in any of the following four areas:
- Or with the automated, video based, self-guided Healthy Habits HAP.
Your spouse can earn HAP credit by participating in:
- Any quarterly Virgin Pulse HAP – Track for success (Choose ONE thing to track; steps, sleep or mindful minutes)
- Any Wellbeats program
- Any RethinkCare program.
